I hereby dedicate this first post to baby Ruby who was born today, first grandchild of my good friend and colleague Mark! Congratulations to all!

Still on a high from the birth of our new granddaughter and then Mark showed me this. What a beautiful tribute John. Laura and Bret will be very touched and we’ll let them have a look when their feet touch the ground. They looked like the happiest parents ever yesterday. Thanks again John.
p.s. wouldn’t mind going on the same trip as the guy in the video – don’t think I’d get Mark to participate in the dancing though!!!!
